Encrypted at rest and in transit
Every journal entry is encrypted using industry-standard encryption before it is stored. Data in transit is protected with TLS. Access is strictly limited to your authenticated account.
How AI is used
When you write an entry, it is sent to our AI model to generate a thoughtful, reflective response. The AI processes your text in real time and returns a response. That's it.
Your data is never used for AI training
Your journal entries are never added to training datasets. They are never used to fine-tune, improve, or develop AI models. Your words remain yours alone.
AI does not retain your data
After generating a response, the AI does not store or remember your input. Recent entries may be included as context for more relevant reflections, but nothing persists in the model between sessions.
No third-party data sharing
We do not sell, share, or provide your journal data to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties. Your entries exist solely for you.
Privacy-respecting analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site. It uses no cookies, collects no personal information, and cannot identify you. We never track what you write.
You control your data
You can delete individual entries at any time, or delete your entire account. When you delete data, it is permanently removed — no hidden backups, no retention periods beyond what's needed for the deletion process.
